Returning to Work

Going back to work after having a baby is a big transition, and it can bring up many feelings at once. You might feel excited, eager to use your skills again, and ready to earn an income. You might also feel nervous, unsure of yourself, or worried about childcare. Some parents feel guilty about leaving their baby, and some even feel guilty for not feeling guilty. Every one of these feelings is normal, and they can all exist side by side.

If you're nursing, you may have even more on your mind: protecting your milk supply, deciding when or if to wean, increasing bottle feeding, introducing solids, and wondering whether your needs will be supported at work.

Bonding Beginnings is here to walk with you through this transition, offering research-backed guidance and support at every step.
