Bonding Beginnings brings expert in-home therapy to families of NICU graduates as well as infants with developmental challenges, whose needs too often go unmet. After decades as an occupational therapist in the NICU, home health, early intervention, and pediatric clinics, I saw how rarely our health care system delivers truly family-centered care. So I started my own practice to offer whole-family support and help families thrive at home.

Hi! I’m Beth.
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with over two decades of clinical experience, including ten years in Level III and IV NICUs, plus home health, early intervention, and clinic-based developmental and medical therapy services.
I recently completed my Post-Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Boston University, where I developed a research-backed program to support the mental and emotional well-being of NICU parents. I’m a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International.
The heart of my practice is supporting parent-infant bonding through co-regulation and an understanding of infant behavior. I’m excited to bring a range of services directly into your home — where healing and bonding happen best.
